The EU’s anti-fraud company has launched an investigation into Peter Mandelson over his time because the bloc’s commerce commissioner.
The European Anti-Fraud Workplace (OLAF) confirmed on Friday that it had begun an inquiry into Britain’s former US ambassador.
It comes two months after the European Fee requested the company to look into Mandelson after additional details about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein emerged.
