Police wish to communicate to two folks after an electrical trike was stolen off a person with cerebral palsy outdoors a Christchurch shopping center.
The theft occurred outdoors the Woolworths at Northlands Buying Centre on Fundamental North Rd simply earlier than 3pm final Thursday 23 July.

The proprietor of the trike, Julian, has cerebral palsy and depends on it to get round. Because it was stolen, he has misplaced his independence.
