Mail-In-Voting: Appeals Court Hands Trump Big Win

In March of 2026 President Trump issued Govt Order 14399, "Making certain Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections," directing the U.S. Postal Service to create a rule whereby any state that intends to ship mail-in ballots to voters should present an inventory of these eligible to take part in federal elections or the USPS "shall not transmit" these ballots. The apparent purpose of the EO is to maintain ballots from reaching people who find themselves not eligible to vote.
