Arrowtowner Kelvin Perriman’s 35 years’ service to St John — now virtually 37 years — was recognised at its latest district awards night time in Cromwell.
He’s pictured receiving a certificates from South Island belief board chairwoman Ann Shepherd.
Perriman started as a volunteer ambulance officer in Dunedin in 1989, turning into a paid officer there in ’93.
He was St John’s Queenstown district ops supervisor from ’99 to 2002, advocating on the time for a brand new station, then served as Queenstown space supervisor from 2012 for 4 years.
He stays a volunteer ambulance officer and serves as an emergency administration technician for Queenstown and Central Otago.
Extremely revered amongst his friends and the broader group, Perriman can be a volunteer with the Arrowtown fireplace brigade.
