A Santa Monica man has been charged with raping a lady close to Culver Metropolis in October and kidnapping a feminine UCLA scholar in March to attempt to rape her, authorities mentioned.

Alexander Schecter, 26, was initially arrested at his Santa Monica house on March 12 after UCLA Police Division officers recognized him because the suspect in a case the place he allegedly prevented two feminine college students from leaving his automobile close to campus.
