Police say they’ve seized three dust bikes following two separate incidents in east and southAuckland this week.
On Wednesday afternoon police have been referred to as after receiving stories referring to dust bikes being ridden dangerously alongside Springs Highway in Ōtara.
Senior sergeant Simon Cornish, of Counties Manukau East Police, says the bikes have been gathering on the intersection of Springs Highway and Smales Highway and tried to dam the highway.
