The Nationwide Know-how and Innovation Sandbox (NTIS) has been named a Champion on the World Summit on the Data Society (WSIS) Prizes 2026 in Geneva, below Class 14: Motion Line 7: E-science.
An annual world awards programme, WSIS Prizes celebrates excellent digital and ICT-based initiatives that advance the UN Sustainable Improvement Objectives (SDGs). The competition is organised by the Worldwide Telecommunication Union (ITU) and spotlight success tales from authorities, personal sectors, civil society, and academia.
Class 14: Motion Line 7: E-science, focuses on leveraging info and communication applied sciences (ICTs) to advance scientific analysis, facilitate open knowledge sharing, and foster world collaboration to attain SDGs.
