The household of a 16-year-old have paid tribute to their “vivid, stunning, intelligent, and humorous lady” after she died following an incident at an Underground station.
British Transport Police (BTP) had been known as to Loughton Underground station in Essex simply after 2.30pm on Monday following reviews of a casualty on the tracks.
