Smashed Avocado Toast With Egg, Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil

1 slice whole-grain bread, toasted
Cooking spray
1 giant (50g) egg
1/3 avocado (50g), smashed
2 oz. (56g) recent mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 slices tomato (65g)
2–3 recent basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
Toast the bread. Coat a small pan with cooking spray and place over medium warmth. Crack the egg into the pan and cook dinner till the whites are set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip gently and cook dinner for an additional 30 seconds, then take away from warmth.
Unfold the smashed avocado on the toast, then layer with mozzarella slices and tomato. High with the egg and sprinkle with chopped basil.
