Kazakhstan’s President urges Turks to bridge divides and foster unity

GABALA, Azerbaijan, October 7.​ President of
Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev highlighted the significance of
unity amongst Turkic peoples, Pattern stories.

Talking on the twelfth Summit of the Council of Heads of State of
the Group of Turkic States (OTS) in Gabala, Tokayev
underscored the significance of unity.

“Azerbaijani poet and native of those historic lands, Bakhtiyar
Vahabzadeh, left us a legacy: ‘A Turk has no proper to be hostile to
one other Turk!’ We honor the sensible phrases of our ancestors and present
the world that Turks are blood brothers, trustworthy to their unity,”
he stated.

Tokayev burdened that cooperation and solidarity amongst Turkic
states are key components for regional stability and prosperity. He
famous that cultural and historic ties among the many peoples of the
Turkic world must be strengthened, whereas conflicts and disputes
have to be prevented.
