The UCLA Police Division has arrested a Santa Monica man on suspicion of kidnapping of two feminine UCLA college students and, in a separate incident, raping a lady unaffiliated with the college.
Officers arrested Alexander Schecter, 24, at his Santa Monica residence on Friday and booked him on one rely of rape by pressure, one rely of forcible oral copulation, one rely of theft, one rely of extortion and one rely of battery, police mentioned.
