Dunedin residents making an attempt to take pleasure in their morning have been compelled to name police after a person began hurling verbal abuse at them for ingesting their coffees.
The 45-year-old man was strolling alongside Nice King St at 8.30am on Tuesday ‘‘screaming’’ on the individuals strolling by for ‘‘merely ingesting their coffees’’, Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond mentioned.
Many individuals strolling alongside the road known as police, and he was quickly situated and arrested.
He was charged with disorderly behaviour and was bailed to seem in Dunedin District Court docket at a later date.
