Six folks have been arrested and charged after Counties Manukau Police busted a hashish rising operation yesterday Monday.
At about 7pm on March 30, police say they executed a search warrant at an handle in Karaka, which had beforehand been used for hashish cultivation.
Through the search of the Manuwai Lane property, police say they uncovered an indoor develop setup with greater than 125 hashish crops, in addition to a number of kilograms of dried hashish.
The warrant is a part of the police’s continued effort to crack down on commercial-scale operations with criminals taking advantage of the sale of medication, they are saying.
