Counties Manukau Police say they’re working to find William Nelson-Bell, who has a warrant for his arrest and is needed by police.
Nelson-Bell, 23, is needed by police in relation to assault and theft offences and is thought to frequent the Counties Manukau police district space.
It’s believed he’s actively avoiding police, they are saying.

“Please use the case reference quantity 251005/1597.”
