Is Don Lemon a Threat to Religious Liberty?

The arrest of former CNN anchor Don Lemon by federal authorities in Los Angeles right now for his alleged participation in an anti-ICE protest in a St. Paul, Minnesota, church on January 18 is startling on a number of grounds. To start with, it is not like Lemon was a fugitive from justice. Two judges in Minnesota had earlier denied a requested indictment of Lemon, so he felt free to go to L.A. to cowl the Grammy Awards.
