The Division of Homeland Safety is launching an immigration crackdown in Chicago dubbed “Operation Halfway Blitz.”
The operation will “goal the felony unlawful aliens who flocked to Chicago and Illinois as a result of they knew Governor Pritzker and his sanctuary insurance policies would shield them and permit them to roam free on American streets,” the company stated in a press release on X.
The operation is being carried out “in honor of Katie Abraham,” the DHS says. Abraham, 20, and her good friend Chloe Polzin have been killed in a hit-and-run automotive wreck in January allegedly attributable to Julio Cucul-Bol, a citizen of Guatemala, the Urbana Police Division stated.
