Jeeno Thitikul cruised to a four-shot victory on the ultimate day of the Mizuho Americas Open in New Jersey.
Thitikul took a two-shot lead into Sunday and blended 4 birdies with a lone bogey throughout a final-round 69, pulling her 4 photographs away from closest challenger Ruoning Yin.
Yin had began 4 again to get inside one shot with three holes to play, following 5 birdies in her entrance 9, just for her to bogey the par-three sixteenth as Thitikul made birdie.
Thitikul added a birdie on the ultimate gap to increase her profitable margin, ending the week on 13 beneath, with Yin claiming solo second regardless of ending her final-round 69 with two bogeys on the again 9.
Victory was Thitikul’s ninth of her LPGA Tour profession and second of the season, following her success on the Honda LPGA Thailand in February, with the win seeing her shut the hole on Nelly Korda as world No 1.
Alison Lee shared third spot on eight beneath with Gaby Lopez and Jenny Bae, with Allisen Corpuz and Jenny Shin an extra two strokes again in tied-seventh.
Celine Boutier, performed within the remaining group with Thitikul, had three bogeys and no birdies on the entrance 9 to fall out of the chase and ultimately ended tied-ninth after a three-over 75.
Saki Baba recorded her first profession ace on the LPGA Tour, holing from 153 yards with a seven-iron on the par-three seventh.
