In a weird incident, a Congress MLA in Haridwar was seen climbing electrical energy poles and slicing the facility to the homes of three electrical energy division officers in frustration over repeated energy outages.
Congress MLA Virendra Jati from Jhabreda in Haridwar district was reportedly aggravated by energy cuts, prompting him to take the drastic measure of personally slicing energy to the officers’ homes. The electrical energy division filed a criticism towards the MLA on the Roorkee Civil Traces Police Station over the facility cuts.
