Baubles with significance! When Jessica Jesse launched her jewellery line BuDhaGirl in 2013, she needed to create extra than simply arm sweet — and there is a significant purpose why.
The concept first sparked when the founder returned from a visit to historical monasteries in Thailand, with wrists stacked in easy gold plastic bracelets.
“I started to marvel if these little bangles may develop into every day companions for mindfulness and reminders to pause, breathe, and be current. … It wasn’t about lengthy hours of meditation. It was about consistency, intention, and beauty,” she tells ET.
That thought changed into her cult-favorite All Climate Bangles® — handcrafted by artisans in Thailand — plus, the concept of Conscious Glamour®, a philosophy that embraces magnificence and presence equally.

The CEO’s personal routines mirror that very same steadiness. Every morning begins by reciting a private mantra, lighting a candle, setting needs, studying, and sipping a cup of lemon water or tea.Â

“I set my intentions as I placed on every bangle. … I slip them onto my wrist and pause and breathe. … My first two bangles are all the time my youngsters, and others might maintain gratitude, focus, love, or compassion.”
