lifted sanctions on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC),
Tengizchevroil (TCO), and the Karachaganak oil subject in Kazakhstan,
tied to Russian vitality giants Rosneft and Lukoil, Pattern reviews through the U.S.

The sanctions imposed in October on Rosneft, Lukoil, and their
