Dozens of Hindu Canadians gathered in freezing temperatures at Mississauga Celebration Sq. to name consideration to what they describe as ongoing violence and discrimination towards spiritual minorities in Bangladesh.The demonstrators braved temperatures as little as −23°C to voice their issues for Hindus, Christians, Jains, Buddhists and different minority teams in Bangladesh. The protesters urged Canada’s prime minister, Mark Carney, to take “principled, democratic motion” to guard weak communities and maintain perpetrators of abuse accountable.“Hindu Canadians gathered at the moment at Mississauga Celebration Sq., braving , −23°C temperature, to boost their voices for persecuted spiritual minorities in Bangladesh, together with Hindus, Christians, Jains, Buddhists, and others, who proceed to face killings, sexual violence, torture, and systemic discrimination,” the Hindu Canadian Basis (HCF) stated in a publish on X.
